Overview: A forum to
bring wheat producers together with the
baking industry (artisan bakers) in an
effort for both to learn about the
needs, abilities and constraints of the
other. A motor coach tour of
central Kansas wheat country at harvest,
a flour mill and a value-added bakery.
There are also tours at Kansas State
University Grain Science Department,
USDA Grain Market Research Lab and
American Institute of Baking.
